Cosmus, chiamato così in onore di Cosimo I dei Medici, è un Chianti Riserva DOCG che riflette il patrimonio della Toscana. Ottenuto da vigneti situati vicino a formazioni geologiche uniche, questo vino rivela aromi di ciliegia, pepe nero e noce moscata, con delicate note boisé. Vanta una struttura robusta, tannini eleganti e una persistenza notevole. Di colore rosso rubino con accenni di violetta, frutti rossi e neri, alloro e zafferano, si abbina perfettamente a carni rosse e bianche, formaggi stagionati e salumi, specialmente con la bistecca alla Fiorentina.
