Soteria - Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore D.O.C. prende il nome dall'antica parola greca per "salute" a causa del suo alto contenuto di antiossidanti derivante dalla vinificazione priva di ossigeno. Con un colore giallo paglierino tenue e riflessi verdognoli, emana profumate note di vite, integrate da suggestioni fruttate di pesca bianca, mela e agrumi.
