Trentino Pinot Nero DOC 2025 by Maso Bergamini comes from the hills above Trento, where the Tomasi family cultivates its vineyards organically. At elevations of 550–600 metres, the vines grow on volcanic and clay-limestone soils, giving this Pinot Nero a distinctive mountain setting.
Made entirely from Pinot Nero, the wine begins with grapes harvested by hand in mid-October. Spontaneous fermentation and careful cellar work preserve the variety’s fragrant fruit and supple texture, creating an approachable expression of Trentino.
Wild berries and ripe cherry lead into a smooth, fruit-driven palate, with raspberry and sour cherry lingering on the finish. A versatile red for the table, it pairs beautifully with roast poultry, pork and mushroom dishes.
