Corvina (Grape)

Corvina is Veneto’s signature red grape, best known as the principal variety behind Valpolicella and Amarone. It typically produces wines with red cherry, plum, dried herbs and spice, combining fresh acidity with moderate tannins and, when dried before fermentation, remarkable richness, concentration and depth.
