Cima Vermentino 2024 is a coastal white wine from Candia dei Colli Apuani DOC, produced by Azienda Agricola Cima Gianluigi on the hills overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in Massa Carrara.
Made from 100% Vermentino, the wine reflects a historic viticultural landscape where vine cultivation dates back to Roman times. Vineyards are located between 70 and 250 meters above sea level, with southwest exposure and strong marine influence just 3 km from the coast, giving the wine natural freshness and salinity.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts only, followed by approximately six months aging on fine lees in steel with completed malolactic fermentation.
The result is a vibrant coastal Vermentino — savory, broad and refreshing, combining Mediterranean character with Apuan minerality.
