Characteristics:
Harvested by hand in mid-November, the olives are pressed within 24 hours using traditional methods at a controlled temperature below 28°C, preserving the oil’s integrity and rich flavors.

The oil boasts a vibrant, deep green color and clear appearance, offering a fruity, herbaceous aroma with delicate hints of almond. On the palate, it’s smooth and balanced, with subtle fruity notes, a mild acidity, and a pleasant spicy finish.
