Located in Gaiole in Chianti in the heart of Chianti Classico, Borratella is a family-run estate spanning over 80 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woodland. Predominantly planted with Sangiovese alongside Canaiolo, Colorino and Malvasia Nera, the vineyards benefit from limestone and clay-rich soils, optimal sun exposure and cooling forest breezes. Modernized in 2017, the winery blends cutting-edge technology with traditional methods to craft wines that genuinely express the character and identity of the Chianti Classico territory.
