Barolo Riva Rocca, produced since 1995 in Verduno, comes from a 30-year-old south-west facing vineyard. With a yield of 4,000 bottles per hectare, the wine undergoes a week-long fermentation, followed by 24 months in French barriques, 12 months in a large French oak cask, and 12 months in the bottle. It features an intense ruby red color, with aromas of wilted rose, mint, and licorice. The taste is full and harmonious, with sweet, elegant tannins and a robust structure.
