Il Macenere Rosso Toscana è un Sangiovese in purezza proveniente dalle colline Lucchese, invecchiato per 14 mesi in botti. Si presenta con un brillante colore rosso rubino e aromi di fiori, frutti rossi e chiodi di garofano. Vinification:

The wine undergoes a 10-12 day fermentation process in steel vats using selected yeasts. Daily pump-overs and rackings ensure optimal flavor and color extraction. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large barrels for 18 months and then refined in the bottle for an additional 3 months to enhance its complexity and character.

Tasting Notes:

This wine presents a rich ruby red color. It offers a broad and persistent aroma, distinctly fruity with delightful hints of blueberries, sour cherries, and cherries, complemented by pleasant notes of violet. On the palate, it is balanced with a good structure, featuring silky tannins. The finish is vibrant and long-lasting, leaving a lasting impression.
