Dall'Azienda agricola Valle del Sole in Toscana, "Libente 2022" è un vino rosso biologico ottenuto esclusivamente da uve di Merlot al 100%. Vanta un colore rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei. Il suo aroma è caratterizzato da invitanti note di frutti rossi, mirtilli, con un delicato accenno di tabacco che persiste nel finale. Al palato offre un'esperienza piena e avvolgente, completata da tannini morbidi e un finale persistente. L'affinamento per 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese da 500/700 litri migliora la sua complessità e profondità. Vinification:
"Libente 2021" is an organic red wine that undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small, grain-sized drums. It is manually punched down during fermentation and aged for 12 months in 500/700 liter French oak barrels, tulips of raw concrete, and Tinidi steel.
Tasting Notes:
Color: To the eye, the wine displays an intense ruby red color with violet reflections.Aroma: The bouquet reveals aromas of red fruits, blackberries, with a light hint of tobacco on the finish.Taste: On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft tannins and a long finish.Pairing: Perfectly accompanies appetizers, red meats, and roasts.
