Tezza Rosé Vino Spumante Brut Biologico is an organic sparkling rosé produced from Corvina and Rondinella in Valpantena, near Verona. The grapes are harvested in September and October, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic character. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method.
Salmon pink in colour with a creamy mousse, it is intense, floral and fruity on the nose, with notes of strawberry and tropical fruit. On the palate it is fresh, soft, delicate and persistent, making it a versatile sparkling wine for aperitivo, fish and lighter dishes.
