After gentle pressing, the must undergoes static clarification before fermentation at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks, preserving the wine’s fresh and fruity character. It then ages for 12 months in stainless steel before release.
Its distinctive copper-yellow colour reflects the natural character of Pinot Grigio. Fresh and fruity on the nose, with notes of ripe pear, the palate is soft, savoury and persistent.
