The grapes are harvested by hand from the estate’s oldest vineyard, where deep-rooted vines ensure concentration and character. Picked at perfect ripeness during the 2022 vintage, the clusters were carefully selected to preserve freshness and quality despite the year’s dry conditions.

The grapes are carefully hand-destemmed and gently foot-pressed, then fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in small open vats without temperature control. Maceration on the skins lasts about 15 days with daily punch-downs to extract color and aroma. After fermentation, part of the wine matures for 10 months in used oak barrels, while the rest ages in stainless steel, before being bottled unfiltered.

Bright and expressive, Forci Le Voliere 2022 opens with aromas of fresh red fruits, particularly cherry and raspberry, alongside subtle floral and spicy hints. On the palate it is juicy and vibrant, with silky tannins, lively acidity, and a well-balanced freshness. The finish is long and clean, leaving delicate notes of red berries and a touch of earthiness.
