Harvest:

Grapes are harvested from Timorasso vineyards in the Colli Tortonesi area, around Monleale, where calcareous clay soils and the hilly Piedmontese climate help give the wine freshness, structure and mineral depth.

Vinification:

The grapes undergo skin contact at low temperature for around 40–42 hours, followed by pressing and white vinification at controlled temperature. The wine then matures with periodic bâtonnage before bottling, preserving freshness while adding texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh, structured and mineral, with notes of citrus, yellow apple, pear, white flowers, aromatic herbs and light honeyed nuances, supported by vibrant acidity and a long savoury finish.
