Chianti Classico DOCG 2023 by Pazzi comes from Tolena, in Castellina in Chianti, where the Pazzi family cultivates a small estate in the Tuscan hills. Made entirely from Sangiovese, it offers a fresh, expressive interpretation of Chianti Classico, rooted in the family’s hands-on approach.
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected before spontaneous fermentation. Vinification and ageing take place exclusively in concrete, preserving the fruit’s character without oak influence.
Red berries and floral notes mingle with subtle earthy hints and forest floor. The palate is rounded yet lively, with fine tannins, refreshing acidity and a savoury finish. A versatile companion to pasta with ragù, grilled meats and Tuscan pecorino.
