Vinification:

Glera grapes are gently pressed and fermented to produce the base wine, followed by sparkling fermentation using the Martinotti-Charmat method to preserve freshness, fruit purity and floral aromatic expression.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh, floral and fruity, with fine bubbles and notes of wisteria, acacia, hawthorn, yellow apple, peach, mango and pear, supported by soft balance and a clean, pleasant finish.
