Produced from just three hectares on ancient terraced vineyards restored by hand, this wine reflects a philosophy rooted in natural balance and minimal intervention.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with approximately three weeks of skin maceration. The wine ages in large Slavonian oak casks, preserving purity of fruit and structural elegance without excessive extraction.
