Produced with organic farming methods, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Vinification:

The grapes are carefully crushed and pressed. The fresh must is statically clarified at low temperatures and fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C in steel tanks. Natural cold stabilization occurs outside in steel tanks, aided by the cold winter winds from the Sibillini mountain range.

Tasting Notes:

Beautiful lemon color. Aromas of white fruits and lemon zest, with subtle vegetal notes and hints of minerals. Fresh and well-balanced, with an almond finish. Pairing suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with cheeses.
