The Chianti Classico Insuellafrom Borratella is a ruby-red wine with violet reflections. It offers harmonious aromas of red fruits like blueberry and cherry, with floral and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, it is tannic, full, and well-balanced, with a long, fruity finish. Made from Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, it matures for 12 months in oak and barriques, followed by 4 months of bottle aging. Best served at 18°C, it pairs well with pasta with ragù, grilled meats, and young cheeses.
