Vinification:

The wine undergoes fermentation in red on the grape marcs for 25-30 days, utilizing thermo-controlled conditions to enhance the complexity of flavors. After fermentation, it matures for 36 months in oak barriques, followed by an additional six months of aging in the bottle, ensuring it reaches its peak in both flavor and texture before release.

Tasting Notes:

This wine boasts an intense ruby red color with garnet nuances. It releases powerful aromas, immediately revealing notes of ripe red fruits like plums and marasca cherries, complemented by spicy undertones of wood such as cocoa and nutmeg. Following these initial scents, it gradually unveils the typical floral hint of violets.
