Vinification:

Fermentation occurs using selected yeasts. Racking off is performed before the completion of fermentation. Maturation takes place in steel tanks and terracotta for 3 months, followed by bottle aging for 9 months.

Founded by Stefano and his wife Laura, this boutique winery was born from a bold decision to leave Ferrara and pursue a new life among the rolling hills of the Marche, overlooking the Adriatic coast near Senigallia. Driven by a deep passion for wine, Stefano trained in Viticulture and Oenology before planting their first vineyards, cultivating varieties such as Lacrima, Fiano, Sangiovese and Montepulciano, alongside a historic forty-year-old Verdicchio vineyard.
