Passocroce embodies the essence of mountain red wine, crafted from Lagrein grapes amidst the Cembra estates on the eastern slope of the historic Doss Caslì. This structured and elegant ruby red wine exudes aromas of forest fruits - currants, blackberries, and blueberries — accented by notes of star anise, cocoa, and tobacco. With time in the bottle, it evolves, revealing fragrances evocative of violet, occasionally lilac, and sage.

Vinification:
