Grapes are harvested from Chardonnay vineyards in Monticelli Brusati, in Franciacorta, where hillside conditions and calcareous soils support freshness, structure and long ageing potential.

Vinification:

Made according to the Metodo Classico from Chardonnay grapes, with fermentation of the base wine and a long second fermentation in bottle. The wine ages on the lees for at least 72 months, followed by a further period of rest after disgorgement before release.

Tasting Notes:

Elegant, dry and mineral, with notes of citrus, white fruit, bread crust, dried fruit, delicate toasted nuances and a fine savoury finish, supported by vibrant acidity and a persistent perlage.
