Brovia Barolo Rocche di Castiglione 2021 is a refined and terroir-driven expression of Nebbiolo from one of the most historic crus of Castiglione Falletto. Produced by the historic Brovia estate, founded in 1863 and today led by Elena and Cristina Brovia, this Barolo reflects a meticulous philosophy rooted in tradition, organic farming principles and minimal intervention.
Sourced from sandy soils at around 350 meters above sea level, the wine undergoes long maceration with indigenous yeasts followed by extended aging in large French and Slavonian oak casks. The result is a Barolo of precision and elegance, where fine tannins, aromatic finesse and vibrant mineral energy define the classic identity of Rocche di Castiglione.
