The Yaro Rosso di Toscana IGT from Borratella is a dense ruby-red wine with violet reflections, maturing to garnet with age. It has rich, spicy, and floral aromas, complemented by red berry fruits. On the palate, it's full-bodied and balanced, with a persistent, savory, and dry finish. Made from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, it matures for 24 months in oak barrels and ages an additional 4 months in the bottle. Ideal with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.
