Produced from Glera with small percentages of historic native varieties (Bianchetta, Verdiso, Perera), this wine reflects Mongarda’s precise and terroir-driven approach to Prosecco Superiore. The soils, composed of calcareous conglomerates rich in iron and aluminium silicates, give the wine structure and sapid depth.
With only 2.5 g/l residual sugar, this Brut sits stylistically very close to Extra Brut. It is fresh, mineral and tension-driven rather than soft or sweet.
