The Chianti Classico Riserva from Borratella is a ruby-red wine with balanced aromas of berries, blackberries, and spices, complemented by herbal notes. It offers a full-bodied, silky, and enveloping taste with a dry, balanced, and spicy finish. Made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, it matures for 24 months in oak barrels and ages in the bottle for 4 months. Best served at 18°C, it pairs well with grilled meats, roasts, game, and aged Tuscan pecorino cheese.
