Vinification:

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with controlled-temperature maceration for about 20 days. Aged for 6 months in Slavonian oak casks followed by bottle refinement to maintain purity and youthful character.

Tasting Notes:

Bright ruby red. Aromas of strawberry, cherry jam and delicate spices with floral and mineral hints. The palate is balanced and intense, with elegant tannins, savoury freshness and a long mineral finish.
