Azienda Agricola Pazzi

Pazzi is a small family winery in Tolena, near Castellina in Chianti. Its story began in 1950, when Marcello Pazzi moved to Tuscany from the Marche with his family. After working as sharecroppers, they purchased the farm that remains their home.

Today, Gabriele and his son Danilo continue the family’s winemaking tradition. Danilo’s ambition to bottle their own wine led to their first Chianti Classico vintage in 2020, made from a selection of the estate’s finest grapes.

The family favours spontaneous fermentation and concrete tanks, allowing the character of Sangiovese to remain at the centre of its wines.
