Marco De Bartoli
One of the most influential figures in modern Sicilian wine, Marco De Bartoli built an internationally recognized estate in Marsala dedicated to authentic, terroir-driven winemaking. With deep respect for native varieties such as Grillo, indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, the winery produces wines that are pure expressions of Sicilian tradition. The De Bartoli family has since expanded to Mount Etna through the Tenuta Solisciaro project, where volcanic soils and altitude produce wines of remarkable freshness and mineral precision — together representing some of the most authentic and celebrated expressions of Sicily today.
