Il Colle

Il Colle is a small family-run estate in Montalcino, led by Caterina Carli and rooted in a traditional approach to Sangiovese. The winery works with carefully selected grapes, spontaneous fermentations and long ageing in large Slavonian oak casks, favouring time, balance and expression of place over extraction or intervention. Its wines reflect a classic, understated style of Montalcino, with a strong focus on authenticity and vineyard character.
