Eduardo Torres Acosta
Originally from Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Eduardo Torres Acosta settled on the north slope of Mount Etna after early experiences with producers including Arianna Occhipinti and Passopisciaro. Working with old alberello vines at 550 to 800 meters across historic contrade such as Pirrera, Arenaria and Quota N, Eduardo follows a minimal-intervention philosophy built on spontaneous fermentations and deep respect for volcanic terroir. With an annual production of around 25,000 bottles, his wines capture the raw energy, altitude and precision that define Etna's most authentic expressions.
