Daniele Ricci
Founded in 1929 and now in its fourth generation, Cascina San Leto is run by Daniele Ricci and his son Mattia in Costa Vescovato in the Colli Tortonesi. Organically farmed vineyards, indigenous yeasts, long macerations and minimal intervention in the cellar produce wines of remarkable individuality and aging potential. Daniele's Timorasso is a benchmark expression of this rediscovered Piedmontese grape — complex, distinctive and deeply rooted in the character of its territory.
