The grapes are hand-harvested in the second half of September, with only the best clusters carefully selected to ensure quality and freshness.

Fermentation takes place in cement vats with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins lasts about 10 days with daily pump-overs, extracting color, aromas, and smooth tannins.

Bright ruby red in color, Forci Rosso 2023 opens with aromas of fresh red fruits, especially cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral hints and a gentle spiciness. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with lively freshness, soft tannins, and a pleasant drinkability that makes it versatile and easy to enjoy. The finish is clean, with lingering notes of red berries and delicate earthy nuances.
