Vin Santo
Vin Santo — meaning "holy wine" in Italian — is one of Tuscany's most ancient and celebrated dessert wines. Crafted from partially dried Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, the wine undergoes a long and slow fermentation before aging for several years in small sealed barrels called caratelli. The result is a wine of extraordinary complexity — amber in color, rich in flavors of dried fruit, honey, nuts and spice, with a balance of sweetness and acidity that makes it truly unique. Traditionally served with cantucci biscuits, Vin Santo is a timeless expression of Tuscan winemaking heritage and hospitality.
