Ribolla Gialla
Ribolla Gialla is one of Friuli Venezia Giulia's most ancient and beloved native white grapes, with documented history stretching back to the 13th century. Naturally high in acidity with a lean, mineral and citrus-driven character, it thrives on the limestone and marl soils of Collio and the Colli Orientali. Increasingly celebrated both as a fresh, vibrant still wine and as the base for extended skin-contact orange wines, Ribolla Gialla has become one of the defining symbols of Friuli's artisanal winemaking renaissance.
