Piandaccoli
With origins dating back to around the year 1000, Piandaccoli is one of Tuscany's most historic estates — first an inn for pilgrims on the Via Francigena, then a monastery where monks began cultivating vines. Today the estate is dedicated to reviving rare Renaissance grape varieties such as Mammolo, Foglia Tonda and Barsaglina, combining traditional and modern winemaking to offer a truly unique taste of Tuscany's ancient heritage.
