Martissima

Founded in 2019 by Marta Venica in the northern Collio area of Friuli, Martissima is a small artisanal project born from international experience in viticulture and oenology and a desire to return to the essentials. Organic farming, regenerative vineyard practices, native varieties and single vineyard expression define the estate's philosophy — with minimal cellar intervention allowing purity, biodiversity and a deep connection to Friuli's historic terroir to speak clearly in every bottle.
