In Der Eben

Located on the eastern slopes of the Renon plateau above Bolzano, In Der Eben is a small family winery founded by Urban Plattner in 2014. Organic since 1990 and biodynamic since 2014, the vineyards are planted between 400 and 550 meters on volcanic porphyry soils, surrounded by forests that nurture a balanced natural ecosystem. In the cellar, Plattner follows a minimal-intervention approach — spontaneous fermentations, long aging in used oak and bottling without filtration — producing vibrant, expressive wines deeply rooted in the Alpine terroir of the Renon.
