Cavallotto

Cavallotto Tenuta Bricco Boschis is a historic family estate located in Castiglione Falletto in the heart of the Barolo region. The Cavallotto family has cultivated vineyards in the Bricco Boschis area since the early twentieth century and is considered one of the traditional producers of Barolo.

The estate farms vineyards exclusively within the Bricco Boschis MGA, producing wines that reflect the character of this historic cru. Viticulture follows certified organic practices, while the winemaking approach remains deeply traditional, with natural fermentations and long aging in large Slavonian oak casks.

Cavallotto wines are known for their structure, balance and remarkable ability to age.
