Cantina Gigli
Located in Oneta, a small hamlet of Borgo a Mozzano in Tuscany, Cantina Gigli is one of Italy's most intimate and deliberate winemaking projects. Working just over half a hectare surrounded by forests and far from industrial wine zones, the estate focuses entirely on Barsaglina — a nearly forgotten native grape — through Metodo Classico production. Together with agronomist Angelo Bertacchini, small-scale spontaneous fermentations and long aging produce wines that are direct, sincere and deeply territorial. A forgotten grape. A forgotten place. A very deliberate choice.
