Ca’ dei Zago

Located in the hills of Valdobbiadene, Ca' dei Zago is a small family-run winery dedicated to preserving the historic, artisanal identity of Prosecco through traditional col fondo production. Old hillside vineyards planted to Glera alongside native varieties Verdiso, Bianchetta and Perera are farmed with minimal intervention, low sulphur use and spontaneous fermentations. Gravity-flow cellars, bottle refermentation and an uncompromising respect for time produce authentic, unfiltered sparkling wines of raw energy and genuine Veneto heritage.
