Ca’ dei Zago

Ca’ dei Zago is a small family-run winery in the hills of Valdobbiadene, dedicated to preserving the historic, artisanal identity of Prosecco through traditional col fondo production. Working with old hillside vineyards planted mainly to Glera alongside native varieties such as Verdiso, Bianchetta and Perera, the estate follows a minimal-intervention philosophy focused on biodiversity, low sulphur use and spontaneous fermentations. Gravity-flow cellars, bottle refermentation and an uncompromising respect for time allow Ca’ dei Zago to craft authentic, unfiltered sparkling wines that express the raw energy and heritage of the Veneto landscape.
