Bressan
Bressan is a historic family winery located in Farra d’Isonzo in Friuli Venezia Giulia in northeastern Italy. The estate has been producing wine for generations and is today led by Fulvio Bressan, one of the most distinctive and uncompromising voices in Italian winemaking.
The philosophy of the winery is deeply traditional. Vineyard work is carried out manually without synthetic chemicals, and the wines are produced with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. In the cellar the approach is minimal intervention: long macerations, aging in large oak casks and no filtration, allowing the wines to express their natural character and the identity of the territory.
Bressan wines are known for their strong personality, depth and ability to age, reflecting a philosophy that prioritizes authenticity and respect for tradition over modern technological practices.
