Based at the historic Cascina La Berchialla dating back to the 1800s in the Roncagliette area, Olek Bondonio began bottling his own wines in 2005 after studying agronomy and enology and gaining experience abroad. The estate covers approximately four hectares farmed with no chemical herbicides, spontaneous fermentations, long macerations and minimal filtration — always focused on expressing vineyard identity rather than stylistic manipulation. Roncagliette is the reference cru: elegant, structured and deeply territorial. One of Barbaresco's most artisanal and authentic interpretations.
