Abundant in potassium, calcium, and magnesium, it presents a ruby red color with purple reflections, and aromas of sour cherries, vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon. Balanced, warm, and appropriately tannic, it pairs well with boiled and grilled meats, as well as cheeses.
