Barbera d’Alba Valletta is crafted from the estate's oldest vineyard, over 60 years old. Harvested in mid-October, the grapes undergo a ten-day fermentation for optimal structure and extraction. Aged in French barriques (50% new) for 20 months, with biannual racking, the wine is bottled after natural sedimentation. It features an intense garnet red color, offering complex aromas of blackberry, plum, and jam. On the palate, it is full and enveloping, pairing excellently with flavorful meats like roasts and game.
