Valle del Sole

Nestled in the hamlet of Cappella in the hills between Lucca and the Tyrrhenian coast, Valle del Sole is a small boutique winery shaped by a distinctive microclimate of sea breezes, altitude and constant ventilation. The vineyards, located about 100 meters above sea level, benefit from excellent sun exposure and cooling influences from the nearby coast, allowing slow and balanced grape maturation. Guided by biodynamic principles, the estate cultivates a close relationship between nature and viticulture, producing elegant wines that reflect both the character of the Lucchesi hills and a refined winemaking approach.
