Corte Majoli – Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore D.O.C. is an organic wine with a bright ruby red color and an inviting nose of ripe blackberry, cloves, tobacco, and licorice. On the palate, it’s soft, fresh, and flavorful. Perfect with roasts, game, or traditional Veronese dishes like Lesso con pearà.

The harvest takes place in September and October.

Vinification:

Vinification involves destemming and crushing the grapes, followed by inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place with maceration in stainless steel tanks at 25°C, and then refermentation on the Amarone grape skins. Finally, the wine undergoes aging for 18 months in our own cellar.
