Marche Fiano I.G.T. Koris takes its name from the Greek word for "nut," a nod to the grape’s signature toasted aroma. Pale straw yellow in color, it offers an intense bouquet of fruit, yellow flowers, and layered complexity. On the palate, it’s dry, well-structured, and balanced, with a lingering finish and a touch of pleasant bitterness. Aged on lees in steel and barriques for 9 months, then refined in bottle, Koris pairs beautifully with refined seafood, white meats, complex dishes, and blue cheese.
