This Toscana Rosato (Rosè) wine boasts an onion-skin red hue. On the nose, it offers intense notes of fresh red berries seamlessly integrated with hints of yellow-flesh peach, complemented by floral sensations of rose petals and hawthorn. VINIFICATION:

The grapes are whole pressed with light maceration in the press. The must, clarified through cold settling, ferments at a temperature of 16°/18°C using selected yeasts. After the first racking at the end of fermentation, the wine rests on fine lees for several months, during which several bâtonnages are performed. Subsequently, the wine is stabilized in the bottle.
